“I’m flattered to be recognized by the PSBJ along side such a great group of young professionals,” said Ian when asked about the honor. “I’ve come a long way from selling mobile phones from a kiosk, and the ride has been pure joy. I’ve been fortunate to have great business partners and mentors along the way, and the full support of Jillian [his wife] throughout this journey.”
Ian founded Caliber Real Estate in 2013, along side his partners Zack Lazo and Dave Albers, and his wife, Jillian. What started as a group of friends flipping homes quickly grew into the Northwest’s premier real estate brokerage for Investment-minded agents and clients. Caliber Real Estate was named to the Puget Sound Business Journal’s Fastest Growing Privately Held Eastside Companies in 2017 and again in 2018, and was also recognized by Inc. Magazine as part of their Inc. 5000 list of businesses in the U.S.
