The Real Estate landscape is changing in our area, and we are adjusting our Thursday Night meetings to provide even more value for our clients. The addition of guest speakers on key topics, first-looks at Exclusive Opportunities, and time for networking with other investors reward clients even when an auction property doesn’t fit their criteria.

Starting May 4th, our Thursday Night meetings will begin at 6:00 PM (previously 6:30 PM) and open with a 30-min time of networking and dinner, followed by a 15-20 minute presentation on a current topic from an industry expert. Caliber will then debut at least one Exclusive Opportunity brought to us through our Wholesale & Investor Network. We’ll close with our analysis of properties scheduled for auction the following day.

Meetings will also alternate between Tacoma and Bellevue office locations, following the auction inventory. For May, this schedule lays out as follows:

  • Thursday, May 3rd – Bellevue
  • Thursday, May 10th – Tacoma
  • Thursday, May 17th – Bellevue
  • Thursday, May 24th – Tacoma
  • Thursday, May 31st – Bellevue

A key addition to the new format is a 15-20 minute presentation by a Caliber Staff Member or Vendor Partner on a relevant topic for today’s Real Estate investors. Upcoming topics include creative financing, property management, and proper business structures. Each topic is selected by Caliber Staff to address a current issue facing Real Estate Investors.

Long-time Caliber clients will continue to enjoy the presentation of recent case studies, in-depth analysis of properties scheduled for foreclosure auction, and a tasty dinner offering that remain part of each Thursday night.
